September Release Notes Summary Highlights include Automatic Risk Screening (pilot), comments on survey questions, stronger four-eyes controls, an org unit view in Supervise reporting, cross-module notifications and a new Home screen for reporters and collaborators.
Key Features and Improvements
Automatic Risk Screening (pilot): A new Risk Profile tab in the supplier profile shows inherent risk by country and industry, plus mitigation indications such as certifications and ratings. Results are risk-exposure signals, not proof of misconduct. Later in the month a summary widget, a portfolio comparison bar, clearer colours and an inherent risk column in the supplier list were added. Filtering and sorting by risk are coming soon. Comments on survey questions: Customers and suppliers can comment on individual survey questions in Supplier Management and Investment Management. They can ask for clarification and get notified when a comment needs attention. Knowledge hub article
Four-eyes principle settings: Two optional settings warn a reporter who tries to edit and confirm the same data. The reporter can ask a collaborator to review, ask a controller to confirm, or confirm anyway, which can be disabled. Controllers are notified if someone confirms anyway. Knowledge hub article
Supervise reporting upgrades: Each user links to their filtered Data reporting view, and collaborators are now included. A new org unit tab shows progress per sub unit and lets you send reminders to the default reporter or all responsible reporters. Knowledge hub article
Updated Data reporting view is now the default: The previous view and the toggle back to it have been removed for enabled customers. Knowledge hub article
Manage data entries refresh: More precise filtering, clearer bulk actions (confirm/unconfirm, lock/unlock, remove/restore) and a look consistent with the rest of the platform. Generally available. Knowledge hub article
Review data export: The full Excel export now includes registration-level attachments and comments.
Home for reporters and collaborators: Home is now the default start page, with action cards, notifications and personal progress on registrations (up to 5).
Notifications across modules and years: Notifications in one module now appear in the others, and notifications from other reporting years are visible, marked with a badge. Notifications also arrived in Supplier Management, where supplier owners are notified when a supplier submits a survey, and in Investment Management.
Organization settings moved: Organization settings now sit with all other Settings, under the user initials menu. The settings themselves are unchanged. Knowledge hub article
Double Materiality Assessment improvements: Redesigned IRO materiality graphs with an optional legend linking each IRO to its material topic. You can also comment on DMA datapoints, with notifications that link to the exact IRO row.
Annual emission factor update: The first batch of updated factors in the Emission Factor Library, including DEFRA (2026) and NTM (2026). More updates are planned for October–November. Release notes
Resource Center updates: New shortcuts for chat support and a "Prepare for reporting" checklist.
