Key Features and Improvements
Deviation filter in Review data: Pick a measure and select "Deviations above threshold" to find outliers quickly, which helps most when you have many org units. Active filters are now easier to see and clear. Review data headings also show tags for "Calculated" data and "Repeatable sections". Read more here.
Company-specific survey instructions: Users with Setup access can add tailored guidance to survey sections without changing the questionnaire. The guidance appears at the top of each section for all respondents. Read more here.
Filter by collaborators and reporters: The Users filter in the updated Data Reporting view now covers collaborators as well as reporters. Hover over "+X collaborator" to see the names. Read more here.
Notifications in a new place: The bell icon has moved from the left menu to the top menu. Notifications appear as a list with a category filter, such as "Comments". Read more here.
Configurable email link expiration: You can now set how long email-template links stay valid, up to 180 days. The previous fixed period was 30 days. The template overview has a new expiration column.
ESG Essentials Risk Assessment: Supplier Management now includes an out-of-the-box risk screening based on ESG Essentials survey answers. It gives a 0–5 risk score with average-based aggregation, risk class thresholds, critical risk flags, and drilldowns that explain each score. Available from v2.5.0. Read more here.
Bulk change of Supplier Owner: Reassign supplier ownership across many suppliers at once. Read more here.
Refreshed Supplier scorecard: The scorecard now uses the PG design system. This is a UI update only, and no functionality changed.
Double Materiality Assessment improvements: Navigation between IRO data and DMA results is cleaner. You can filter by sub-topic in IRO graphs and the assessment table, and reorder items in the Distribution matrix.
