Early Access Notice
Review Data is currently in development. While fully functional, you may experience slower performance, limited capabilities, or unexpected behavior. We're continuously improving the feature and welcome your feedback!

What is Review data?

The Review Data view provides a centralized and organized overview of all collected data from all organizational units in one place. It’s created to streamline your review process.

Key benefits include:

  • Quickly identify and act on deviations. The platform highlights differences between the selected reporting period and the reference period.
  • Faster feedback loops between controllers, reporters, and auditors.
  • Browse and search: Easily find specific data entries using various filters and search.
  • Inspect details: Dive into individual data points to see all associated information.
  • Prepare for analysis: Export selected data for deeper analysis in Tabulate or spreadsheet tools.

Key features and how to use them

Data sections

The core of the Review Data view is the interactive list of expandable data sections:

  • Each section represents a question (measure point). The order follows the structure  in the data registration.
    • Only the first section is expanded by default; others can be expanded as needed.
  • Each card displays data from a specific organizational unit for a particular measure point:
    • Line 1: Data from the reporting period.
    • Line 2: Data from the reference period (if selected).
    • “Synced” If you have synced data from other setups with the Group Sync Assistant. The label “Synced” will be shown.

Details panel

Clicking a card opens a side panel with in-depth information:

  • Basic information about each answer
  • See who is responsible and who has confirmed the data
    • (Coming soon): “Last edited by” and visual indicator when the same user has entered and confirmed data.
  • Comments. Access the same conversation that is available on each measure point in the Data registration view. As a controller or auditor you can ask questions and mention any users with access to the registration. Or use comments for making notes on measure point level.
  • Drill down into detailsClick the link icon next to the heading to view the measure in the Data Registration view.
  • Coming soon: Review answer - Flag an answer as OK or Need action -available for controllers, org unit controllers and auditors.

How to get started with reviewing a measure

  1. Select a measure and a reporting period.
  2. Change the reference period filter to compare the data against another reporting period.
  3. Use the org. units filter to narrow down your view. (Note: Disabled org. units do not report on the selected measure/period.)
  4. Tip: By activating the "Select all sub-units" toggle, you can select specific branches from your organizational structure.

Find and act on deviations

To automatically detect deviations, ensure the “Show deviations” checkbox is enabled.

  • Numeric questions: If you have set a predefined threshold for the measure or specific measure point, it will be applied to the numeric values. Otherwise, a default threshold of ±10% will be applied.
  • Other questions: Differences are tagged in yellow with “Diff”.

Current limitation: Deviations are not available for the question type “Repeatables.”

Filters

Use filters and search options to focus your data view. Available filters currently include:

  • Measure
  • Reporting period
  • Reference period
  • Organizational units

If you need additional filter options, please send us your feedback.

Exporting data

Once you've filtered and refined your view, you can export the data for further analysis or reporting:

  • Click “Generate table” to create a custom Tabulate table based on your active filters.
  • In Tabulate you can manipulate the data, e.g. add or remove columns.
  • To export to Excel, use the ”Download spreadsheet” option in Tabulate.

Current limitation: The generated table does not include reference period data, deviations or comments.

Who has access to Review data in your organization?

Access is based on each user's role in your Position Green setup:

  • Controllers: See data from all organizational units.
  • Org. unit controllers and auditors See data from the organizational units they have access to.
  • Reporters and Collaborators: Do not have access to Review Data.

We hope this guide helps you make the most of the Review data view. If you have any questions or suggestions, please let us know!
