The project scope and measures to report can change during the reporting period. If generated registrations are no longer valid, you can hide them from Data Reporting.
Follow this step-by-step guide to filter, select, and inactivate published registrations.
Step 1. Use the filter bar to find the registrations you would like to inactivate from the reporting.
Step 2. Click 'Page settings' and 'Show controller actions.'
Step 3. Tick the registrations you would like to exclude from the reporting, be that a certain month, a measure, or an organizational unit you would like to exclude.
Step 4. Confirm the inactivation and reload the page. The registrations will now be inactivated.
If you would like to bring back the registrations you just inactivated, please contact a set-up user within your organization and ask them to generate new registrations, connected to X measure, Y period and Z organizational unit.
