Functions in the measures overview

The Measures overview makes it possible to:

• Add, edit, or delete measures
• Set the periodicity - how often the measure is reported
• Set a description
• Edit tags (using existing tags or new custom tags)
• Turn advanced registration features on or off 
  • Comments
  • Attachments 
  • Delegation
  • Activity log
• Add or edit who is responsible for reporting data
• Link measures to org.units
• Copy an existing measure
• Filter on active or inactive measures

Functions in the Measures overview

Note:
A measure defines the fundamental dimensions of the data collection: 
- What data must be reported.
- How often it is reported.
- From which org.units, and to some extent by whom (see above). 
Controllers view and edit measures in Company Setup.

A registration is an instance of a measure that a user (or system) fills in for an org.unit. A measure can have one or many registrations. 
Registrations are what users see in the Sustainability reporting view.
