Add list items

When uploading a list, there are three ways in which a list can be processed by Position Green:

• Ignore duplicates - All list items will be inserted.
• Update and replace duplicates - New list items will be inserted. All matched existing list items will have their current values updated.
• Update and insert new value from today's date - New list items will be inserted. All matched existing list items will have new values added. This will be valid from today's date.

Position Green matches list items in priority order based on these values:
- External ID
- Name
