Changing reporter

A colleague who holds the reporter role may stop working for the business or change their role. When this happens, reassign the measures to the new team member who takes over the reporter role. 

First, ensure that the new reporter details are set up correctly by following the guide.

There are two ways to update the reporter: by measures or by organization.

Update by measures 
Go to Company setup and Measures. Use the Reporter column to filter by reporter name. Click the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the measure row. Change the reporter using the dropdown field next to Reporter. 

Change the reporter of a measure in Company setup > Measures

Update by organization

Go to Company setup and Organization. Click the specific measure within the org.unit. Change the reporter using the dropdown field next to Reporter.

Click a measure, for example 7.1 Construction of new buildings - Climate Migration, to update the reporter
