Automatic assessment

The assessment of surveys can be done manually or automatically. Automatic assessments are calculated assessments based on survey results. Go to Company setup and Surveys. Click the survey to amend the survey settings. Choose Settings from along the horizontal menu. Check the second box under Miscellaneous "Run assessments automatically when the survey has been submitted.

Set up the automatic assessment of suppliers before sending out surveys. Contact your Position Green team to set this up together as any assessment can only be added by Position Green staff.

Automatic assessments can be set up for individual surveys. Automatic assessments cannot be set up for suppliers as the assessments are calculated based on survey results. These automatic assessments of surveys can be taken into account when manually assessing suppliers.

Weighting is applied to questions to give an overall score under each group of questions and to the survey as a whole.

See the example below where the ESG essential survey has been automatically awarded a score of 5 out of 5 for the questions related to  "Environmental management". The survey has received an average score of 4.17 out of a possible 5.
