Go to Company setup and Surveys. Select the survey and go to Settings.
Click the pencil icon to see the name and culture of the language of the survey. Add the export template here using the dropdown menu.
Select “Export of questionnaire (English)” unless there is a template for the language, e.g. Swedish or German.
