Editing Submitted Surveys

If you need to make changes to a submitted survey:

1. Go to the Surveys page and select the submitted survey.
2. On the landing page, click Reopen questionnaire.
3. Edit as needed, then re-submit.

Note: Editing is allowed as long as the survey isn’t locked. If locked, contact the survey owner to request access.
