In Suppliers, click a supplier name to open the supplier details.

The Surveys tab lists all surveys issued to the supplier, grouped by status. 

Each survey the supplier has received has a card that shows:

• The name of the survey
• The survey respondent
• When the last activity was registered
• The status of the survey
• The rating, if the survey is completed and the response has been rated
