Terms of Service - user consent collection

For sustainability reporting, user consent must be cleared within the organization before a user is added to Position Green.

Professionals outside the organization may also need to report data. In this case, consent is required to store the name of the respondent in Position Green. 

Contact the Position Green team for support with collecting user consent. The team can add any text that fits the organization’s GDPR policies to a pop-up text box that is shown to users when they log in. Users cannot add data until they have accepted the Terms of Service. Position Green tracks the versions of the Terms & Conditions displayed and the user consent, including name and time of consent.
