Auditors can look at information in Position Green but they cannot edit it. This read access can be given for the entire organization or a sub-part of the organization.
e.g. Assurance staff may be given the auditor role.
Page Access
An auditor will have access to the following:
Data Reporting - only for the part of the organization they have access to
- Analytics
No access
An auditor will not have access to the following:
Configuration
Go to Company setup and Users. Click "+ Add user"
Fill in the details. Ensure to add:
Role groups - User.
Applications - Controlling.
Now go to the Organization tab.
Define the part of the organization the user should have access to by adding them in the settings organizational unit settings.
When adding the user to one organizational unit, they will have access to that unit and all sub-levels.
Click the pencil icon to update the details.
Add the auditor by typing the name into the box next to Auditors.
The auditor must be a user who is already registered. Ensure to start by adding the user under Users and then add them to the correct branch of the organization under Organization.
