You can issue a survey from either the questionnaire overview or the detailed company overview.
Send new questionnaire: step-by-step
Step 1. Press the button Send Questionnaire
This will open the form for sending out questionnaires.
You will be able to choose which questionnaire is to be sent out and also which companies will receive it. If you only want to send out some sections of the survey template, please select the sections in "Customize content" for the given survey.
Select the survey you would like to issue. In the image, there are four available surveys to select.
Step 2. Participating companies
Select which companies that should receive the survey
You can either send the questionnaires to all companies or a limited selection of the companies based on tags, Campaign, or "No Questionnaires". e.g. only the companies with a certain tag should receive the questionnaire.
There is also a possibility to exclude companies from a larger selection when using this filter function.

Step 3. Adding a campaign
You can add questionnaires to an existing or new campaign by choosing a campaign or creating a new one in the Campaign field. The campaign is optional.
A campaign is a way to group questionnaires that you can filter in the Questionnaire overview.
Step 4. Add a Questionnaire subtitle
Most of the time it is smart to add a subtitle to the send-out. It helps you to keep track of the batch of questionnaires that you issue. e.g "Annual Review 2022"
Step 5. Add a deadline
A deadline is great to add if you have a last submission date for the suppliers. This will help you to keep track of the progress in the follow-up overview. If adding a deadline, you also will have the option to send out reminders automatically.
Step 6. Use data from the previous survey
Sometimes it is difficult to get a high submission rate for a survey. "This information hasn't changed" the company contact might say. A way to lower the threshold for companies to submit next year's survey is to pre-fill the fields with what they answered on last year's survey.
Step 7. Send email invitations
You can send an invitation e-mail to the suppliers straight away or send the invite at a later stage. If you have created several types of invitation e-mails, it is possible to select which template to use and preview the e-mail sent. Step 8. Add email reminder
If adding a Deadline in step 5, you will get the option to set automatic reminders. Four reminders will be sent out to the respondents, according to the following:
- Halfway through the responding period - e.g. if the deadline is set 20 days after the sent-out the reminder will be sent on day 10.
- Shortly before the deadline
- On the day of the deadline
- One week after the deadline
