Follow-up overview

Modified on Tue, 25 Mar at 3:15 PM

In "surveys overview," you can see all questionnaires, no matter what state in the process they are in. The Follow-up overview, on the other hand, serves as an overview of questionnaires that are in progress, with access to process information and process-supporting functions.

The follow-up overview

Send reminders and invites

In the follow-up, you are able to send reminders and invitations, just as in the survey overview and the company overview. But from this view, you can easily track the progress of each individual survey.

You can send emails connected to a single survey or select multiple surveys and send a reminder all at once.

To manage the selection in the overview, you are always able to use the filter to find the right status of the ones you want to send reminders to for example.

Send reminder emails for one specific survey or several surveys at the same time

Status of the survey

You can follow up on both the invitation to respond to the survey and the progress of the survey.

The progress of both the sent invitation but also the progress of the survey

Invitation status

It is great to follow up on the invitation as this makes sure that the company has received the invitation. Maybe the invitation was sent to the wrong email address?

  • Sent: Has an invitation email with a link to the survey been sent?
  • Opened: Has the invitation email been opened yet?
  • Expired: Is the link to the survey still valid or not? The link expires after 30 days. If the link has expired and the company still hasn't submitted the survey, a new invitation needs to be sent.

Survey progress

Once the company has access to the survey you are able to track the activity in the survey.

  • Activity: Has the company opened and started to fill out data and when they last were active?
  • Reminded: Has a reminder to this company been sent?
  • Overdue: Has the deadline for this survey been exceeded without submission?
  • Submitted: Has the survey been submitted?
