Start

When you click on Surveys, you will see a list of all Your Surveys across the years. In the Survey Activity tab, you’ll find an overview of all issued surveys.

Your Surveys

The Your Surveys tab is ideal for reviewing results from specific survey send-outs. This view provides an overview of each survey, including:

• How many companies the survey has been sent to
  
• Submission count
  
• Completion rate

When selecting a specific survey, you’ll see the Survey Activity view filtered for that survey specifically.

Snap Analytics

When drilling further into a survey, you’ll find graphs generated automatically based on your survey questions and response distribution. This feature can save you significant time in analyzing survey results and identifying areas needing attention.

Survey Activity

This tab provides an overview of all surveys and allows you to issue new surveys.

Find a Specific Survey

Use the filter functionality to quickly locate a specific survey or a selection of surveys.

Batch Actions: Lock, Unlock, Delete, Change Due Date, Change Period

From the survey list, you can perform the following actions:

• Lock: Prevent respondents from making further changes to the survey.
  
• Unlock: Reopen a locked survey for edits.
  
• Delete: Permanently remove a survey and its attachments.
  
• Change Due Date: Update the survey’s deadline.
  
• Change Period: Adjust the period associated with the survey.

Send Reminders

You can send reminders to the responsible persons from both the Survey Lists and the Survey Details view:

1. Select the surveys you want to remind companies about.
   
2. Click Send Message to notify them.

Download a Selection of Surveys

In the top-right corner, you’ll find the option to download all results and assessments as an Excel file for a specific survey send-out.
