Add a Focus Area
When adding your first focus area to your strategy, click on "Get started", and you are asked to name it and write what your ambition is. The description of the ambition supports rich text.
Later, you will find the button to add focus areas in the top of the right corner.
Edit or delete Focus Areas
You can edit or delete the focus areas from the menu next to each area.
You will only be able to delete a focus area if no objectives, KPIs or actions are no longer connected to the focus area.
Objective
The Objective is the second level hierarchy of your strategy. This is where you define more specific goals of what you want to achieve.
