Surveys can be sent from Send Survey. From the Hub navigate to Surveys and then select Send Survey.
Surveys can also be sent by going to Suppliers, selecting the suppliers to send the survey, and then click "Send survey." See more about filtering suppliers.
Send survey: step-by-step
Step 1. Choose which survey to send out
Under Choose survey is a list of all live surveys in Position Green. Use Customize content to select which sections of the survey to include.
Step 2. Participating suppliers
Change or Select all participating suppliers to define which suppliers to send the Survey to.
Step 3. Adding a campaign
Campaigns can be used to indicate a specific round of surveys. Note that Campaign is a filter option in Surveys.
Step 4. Add a Questionnaire subtitle
Step 5. Add a deadline
Add a deadline to give the suppliers a last submission date. This is a filter in Surveys.
Step 6. Use data from the previous survey
Copying data from the previous year can support suppliers in completing the survey. The data may not have changed, for example. The data from the previous year can also flag if the data for this year needs to be double-checked.
Step 7. Send email invitations
Select which template to use and preview the email. Learn about email templates.
Step 8. Add email reminder
Adding a Deadline in Step 5 gives the option of setting automatic reminders. Four reminders will be sent out to the respondents, according to the following:
- Halfway through the responding period - e.g. if the deadline is set 20 days after the survey is sent, the reminder will be sent on day 10.
- Shortly before the deadline - 75% of the period from the issued date to the deadline
- On the day of the deadline.
- One week after the deadline.
Reminders can be sent manually from the Surveys tab. Check the box next to the surveys in question, then click "Send Message". Clicking Reminder brings up a view of the email which can be edited before sending.
