Surveys have automatic indexing of survey numbers. If you would like to hide that index, please tick this box.

Internal survey

Internal surveys fulfill the purpose of when you would like to screen investments internally. You don't want the company contact(s) not to respond or be able to see the result. If you are using internal surveys, those are issued from Company Details.

Run assessment automatically

If you have an assessment connected to your survey, you can either manually assess the survey or it is automatically assessed when it is submitted.
