Viewing historical data

To make changes to your registrations for another year, you can change the active year in the upper right corner. 

Select year.

View data from a previous year whilst reporting current data to flag up and check deviations. Select reference period in the period filter.

Data from the previous year will be shown, beneath the input fields. Click on the historical data to show all recorded data.

Reuse data from previous periods

1.  Click on the historical data beneath an input field to show all recorded data.

2. Click a value from a previous year to reuse it.

In the example above the user is reporting on Quarter 2 in 2026. Previous answers show all previous answers for this question. Year over year shows what the answer was in the same period (Q2) in the previous years. 

Historical data in repeatable rows

Repeatables (where you can add multiple rows, e.g. targets, materials, investments) work the same way — but only if a row identifier has been set up for that measure. This is usually the first field in the repeatable.

1. Add a row and fill it in as usual. If the first field is free text, try to keep the wording consistent with how you reported it last period — small differences (e.g. "Steel" vs "steel") will stop the row from being recognized as the same one.

2. Refresh the page. Historical data won't show in the row until you do.

From there, it works just as described above: click the historical data beneath a field to see previous answers and year-over-year data, then click a value to reuse it.

If you fill in a row and don't see historical data appear, either the measure doesn't have a row identifier configured, or the wording didn't match last period's exactly. Check with your tenant administrator if you think it should be working.
