From Suppliers, navigate to supplier details by clicking on a specific supplier name.

In the Surveys tab, you will find all surveys issued for this supplier organized in which state they are in. 

There will be a card for each survey the supplier has received. The card will show:

• The name of the survey
• The survey respondent
• When the last activity was registered
• The status of the questionnaire
• If the survey has been completed and the response rated, the rating will be visible.
