Getting all registrations for reported hours

The measure reported hours have been created and reporters have submitted data. The registration looks like this.

Working hours (hours) and Sick leave (days) are filled in by the reporter. The periodicity is set to monthly so there are multiple registrations. One per each organization unit and month.

The end result is that we want the sum of worked hours and sick leave aggregated across all organization units.
