In the Measures overview, it is possible to
- Add/edit/delete measure
- Set periodicity - how often will the measure be reported
- Set description
- Edit tags (making use of existing tags or your own)
- Turn on/off advanced registration features
- Comments
- Attachments
- Delegation
- Activity log
- Add/edit who should be responsible for reporting data
- Relate measures to organizational units
- Make a copy of the existing measure
- Filter on active/inactive measures
Note:
A measure defines the fundamental dimensions of the data collection:
- What data has to be reported.
- How often is is to be reported.
- From which organizational units (and to some extent, by whom (see above).
A measure is viewed and altered in the Company Setup by controllers.
A registration is the one or many instances of the measure, that a user (or system) fills into an organizational unit. Registrations are what users see in the Sustainability reporting view.
