Adding additional information

At the bottom of each registration, there are additional functions that allow more information to be supplied regarding a measure:

Comments on measure level

Under comments, add, view, and delete comments relating to the registration.

Attachments on measure level

Attachments can be added to support the data in the registration. In many registrations attachment is more suitable to add to specific questions (measure points).

Activity log

All reporting activities relating to the registration can be seen under Activity. Click the arrow to see the details.

Collaborators

Collaborate with colleagues on a specific registration. All collaborators can input data simultaneously. 

If you are working according to the "Four eyes principle," collaborators will be listed here.

How to invite a collaborator

Step 1 - Click on "Initiate new collaboration"

Step 2 - Choose collaborator

• To add an existing reporter, select Choose reporter "Existing" and pick a colleague from the list.
• To add a new colleague who doesn't have access to the platform yet, select Choose reporter "New". Enter the colleague's first name, last name, and email address. That person will receive an email with a link to Position Green and this specific registration.

You can also initiate a collaboration for all registrations for this active year, linked to this specific measure point, meaning that Sofie Folkesson in this example would have access to all registrations for Electricity consumption.

Reminders can be sent to collaborators Click the mail symbol next to the collaborator's name for each registration.

Workflow when a collaborator has filled in data

Step 1 - When the collaborators has filled in the correct data, they click on "Notify responsible" for that specific registration. You will then receive an email, the collaborator has sent in their replies. If the collaborator wants to add additional data to the registration after notifying you, the collaborator can re-open the registration.

When the collaborator has completed the data a green check mark will be shown next to their name.

Step 2 - When all collaborators have submitted their data, you can confirm the measure as usual. When the registration is confirmed, the collaborator will no longer have the ability to edit data.
