The European Commission has provided three templates (one for turnover, CapEx, and OpEx respectively) in Annex II to the Disclosures Delegated Act to report on the company's key performance indicators (KPIs), activities, eligible activities, aligned activities, non-eligible activities, and eligible but non-aligned activities. This also includes the proportion of transitional and enabling activities.
To transfer data from your Position Green platform to the required format, follow the steps below.
The format required by the European Commission
1. Download EU Taxonomy Report template (see attached file to this article)
2. Download EU Taxonomy Dashboard
Download an Excel version of your EU taxonomy dashboard in Position Green. You will find this under Analytics > Export > Excel.
3. Turnover tab in EUT Report
- Transfer data about the aligned activities from the Position Green export to the EUT Report 2023 (A.1 table)
- Use the tab “Turnover A.1” from the export.
- Delete all rows with activities that have 0 in turnover from the export.
- Add/delete rows in the A.1 table in the EUT Report 2023, so that you have the same amount of rows as the number of aligned activities.
- Transfer data from the export to the EUT Report 2023, see what should be transferred where in the attached pictures.
Note for B: If it says 100% for a Substantial Criteria in the export write Y in the EUT Report 2023. Where it says 0 you don’t need to fill in anything.
Note for C: Yes in the export equals to Y in the EUT Report 2023. You should not fill in anything where it says “-” in the export.
Note for D: This field will be available when you are doing your second EU-taxonomy year in the platform. If this is your first year on the platform you need to fill this in manually.
Note for E: If it says “-” in the export you can leave the cell in the EUT Report 2023 empty.
Adjust prefixes (Codes):
Adjust the codes reported in the second column, our solution uses "CM," but it should be "CCM." These are the correct prefixes:
- Climate Change Mitigation: CCM
- Climate Change Adaptation: CCA
- Water and Marine Resources: WTR
- Circular Economy: CE
- Pollution Prevention and Control: PPC
- Biodiversity and ecosystems: BIO
This needs to be done in each tab.
It's possible that an EUT Activity is listed under multiple Environmental Objectives. In this case, the codes for all objectives should be listed, with the most relevant one bolded.
A.2 - Table in EUT Report 2023
Transfer data about the eligible activities from the export to the EUT Report 2023 (A.2 table)
1. Use the tab “Turnover A.2” from the export.
2. Delete all rows with activities that have 0 in turnover from the export.
3. Add/delete rows in the A.2 table in the EUT Report 2023, so that you have the same amount of rows as the number of eligible activities.
Activities that have already been presented in the A.1 table (aligned activities) should be excluded from the A.2 table.
4. Transfer data from the export to the EUT Report 2023, see what should be transferred where in the attached pictures.
Turnover A.2 Taxonomy-eligible
Turnover template
Note for B: 100 % in the export should be written as EL in the EUT Report 2023. If it says 0 in the export you can leave the cells empty in the EUT Report 2023.
Note for C: This field will be available when you are doing your second EU-taxonomy year in the platform. If this is your first year on the platform you need to fill this in manually.
5. Turnover of Taxonomy-non-eligible activities
Fill in the total turnover of Turnover of Taxonomy-non-eligible activities.
- Use the tab Turnover A from the export.
- Transfer the total turnover of Taxonomy-non-eligible activities from the export to cell D20 in the EUT Report 2023 (See A. in the attached picture). Also, double-check that the percentages in the export and the EUT Report 2023 are the same (See B. in the attached picture), otherwise there is an error somewhere.

6. Complete table
Fill in the last fields manually. See the yellow-marked cells in the attached picture.
- In the cell D4, the currency should be inserted.
- Cell S3 (N-1) should be replaced with the previous year.
- In cells S17 and S18 add the percentages from last year.
This is how a completed Turnover tab can look
8. Capex and Opex tabs in EUT Report 2023
Repeat the same process as for the turnover tab for the Capex and Opex tab, with the corresponding export tabs, and then your EUT Report 2023 is completed.
