Changing reporter

A colleague who holds the reporter role may stop working for the business or change their role. At this stage, it is important to reassign the measures to the new team member who will take over the reporter role. 

First, ensure that the new reporter details are set up correctly by following the guide.

There are then two ways to update the reporter, by measures or by organization.

The reporter can be updated via measures. Go to Company setup and Measures. Use the Reporter column to filter by reporter name. Click on the pencil icon on the right hand side of the measure row. Change the reporter using the dropdown field next to Reporter. 

The reporter can be updated via Organization Go to Company setup and Organization. Click the specific measure within the organization unit. Change the reporter using the dropdown field next to Reporter.
