Technical support
Our support helps you if you are experiencing technical issues when using our platform. This could be issues when logging in, questions connected to passwords, error messages, and/or any other technical platform-related issues.
Any support request will be evaluated and addressed within 2 hours during normal hours for support. Depending on the nature of the support request (technical / non-technical), we will choose one or more of a series of service recovery strategies, such as: personal follow-up, further analysis, mitigation, hotfix outside business hours, and hotfix within business hours. Normal opening hours for support: 7-18, Monday to Friday.
