Remove registrations
A registration is the specific instance of data collected in a measure. The registration is uniquely registered to each reporting unit. Registrations can be removed if the data collected is no longer necessary.
For example, an organizational unit is no longer a part of your company, or a type of measure should be removed from the reporting scope.
If removing a registration that includes reported data, make sure this data should be deleted from your reporting scope before performing this action. This action should not be reversed.
As with confirm/unconfirm and lock/unlock, you have the option of informing related users about the action. Controllers who do not have set-up access can remove single registrations via the Data Reporting view. Read more here.
To add the registration again, you will need to generate it again.
Remember, data that was added to the removed registration have to be re-added to the new registrations.
Restore removed registrations
Filter by Removed to find the registration in question. Select the removed measures to restore.
Make sure the user has tenant administrator permissions to be able to see removed registrations. It can take time for this change to be reflected throughout Position Green.
