Terms of Service - User consent collection

For sustainability reporting, user consent must be cleared within your organization, before adding a user to Position Green.

Professionals outside of your organization may also be required to report data. In this case, consent is required to store the name of the respondent in Position Green. 

Contact your Position Green team to support you in collecting user consent. The team can add any text that fits your GDPR policies to a pop up text box which will be shown to users when they log in. The User will not be able to add data until the Terms of Service have been accepted by the user. We track versions of the Terms & Conditions we display and the user consent, including name and time of consent.
