Modified on Tue, 15 Apr at 4:55 PM

Next to each question (measure point) in the data registration view you can add and view comments by clicking the comments icon.

The total number of question-specific comments made per registration is shown at the top of the registration. Clicking this icon will bring you to the first comment. That number is separated from the number of comments made on the registration level.

Mention user in comment - tag a team member with @ to get their attention

In the comment text, use “@” to trigger the list of users you can mention.

  • At the moment you can only mention users that have access to the registration where the comment is made. For the moment, if you want to mention other users, add them as collaborators first.
  • You can mention multiple users.

Notify users by email

By checking the “Notify by email” checkbox the users mentioned in the comment will get an email. The email includes: a link to the conversation, which measure point, the comment text and who mentioned you.

How do I see if anyone has mentioned me in a comment?

In your email inbox. One email per mention.

If anyone replies to your comment, they need to mention you in their comment for you to get an email notification

Who can view and make comments on questions?

All user roles including auditors can view and make comments on questions (measure point) level, also if the registration is confirmed, as long as they have access rights to the measure.
