Conditional measure based on org.unit

Conditional measures can be based on the organizational unit or the organizational unit tag. This means that a specific measure will only show to a specific organizational unit or to organizational units with a specific tag.


Conditional based on a specific organizational unit


Pre-requisite: 'Pretty ID' on your organization units.


To make a specific measure or row visible for one specific organizational unit, choose:


Source: Organization Unit Pretty ID.

Operator: equal to or contains.

Value: the Pretty ID of the Organizational unit. e.g. Finland.




Conditional based on an organizational unit tag


Pre-requisite: tags and Pretty ID on your organizational units.

To create new tags, contact your Sustainability Platform team.


To make a specific measure or row visible for organizational units with a specific tag, choose:


Source: "Organization Unit Tag Pretty Id"

Operator: 'equal to' or 'contain'

Value: the Pretty Id of the Tag. e.g sales office


Org. unit tag 'Sales office.'




Organization Unit Pretty ID


To make a specific measure or row visible for one organizational unit, choose
Source: Organization Unit Pretty ID 
 Value: Equal to or contains the Pretty ID of the Organizational unit.



Ensure that a PrettyID is set for each organizational unit.


Organization Unit Tag PrettyID


To make the specific measure or row visible for organizational units with a specific tag choose
Source: Organization Unit Tag Pretty Id 
Value: equal to or containing tag PrettyID.
