Link an organizational unit to a measure

Modified on Fri, 28 Mar at 11:25 AM

Measures must be set up first to allow the link between an organizational unit and a measure to be made. Read here on how to create a measure. When you have set up measures, they can be connected to organizational units.

Add a measure to an organizational unit

Click the Select measures icon (map pin icon) and use the arrows to select measures. The left side is what is available to link and the right side lists the data selected for the unit. The information on the right includes who is the allocated responsible for reporting the data.

  • Unit reports - The supervisor for that unit.
  • Collaborators - If there is a specific user added as responsible for that measure.

Note that you will need to generate the registration to the before reporters are able to register data on this measure.

Add Collaborators to an org.unit

This is where you can add collaborators to the set-up phase. Add the collaborators to each measure and save.

Add reporting exceptions

The responsible people to report for a specific measure for a specific unit are as follows:

  • Unit reports - The supervisor for that unit.
  • Collaborators - If there is a specific user added as responsible for that measure.

Press the dropdown list for the affected measures, selecting the correct user and click "Save" to override the standard responsible people.

Copy measure relationships from one organizational unit to another

In the top right hand corner are the options to copy and paste measure points. The paste option pastes the measure exactly as it is including any reporting exceptions.
