Sum

Use this measure to sum up values in the canvas and display them for the reporter. This is useful to display a sum of measure points.

For example, to display the total amount of employees, the sum of used materials, or the sum of waste materials.

The sum function can only include values from number-based measures, i.e.:

• Numbers
• Other Sum measures
• Calculations

Sum in or with repeatable rows:

A Sum outside a repeater can sum up all numbers, other sums, and calculations, including those placed inside a repeater.

A Sum inside a repeater can only sum up numbers, other sums, and calculations that are placed inside the same repeater, in the same row.
