The Hub serves as the landing page for all controllers in Investment Monitoring, providing an overview of reporting status and highlighting required actions.
It offers actionable insights into portfolio data reporting, including visuals that display how many portfolio companies have received a survey during the active year, submitted surveys for the year, and overdue surveys that may require a reminder.
The widget includes information about:
- Companies Surveyed in an Active Year: This shows the number of portfolio companies surveyed for the active year.
- Surveys Submitted in an Active Year: Displays the number of submitted surveys and the percentage still pending for the active year.
- Surveys Overdue: Lists all overdue surveys across active years with an option to send reminders.
For the Global Portfolio Presence Map, the HQ locations of portfolio companies (PortCos) are displayed. Locations can be set individually via the Company Overview by editing the Country input.
