The users view shows all users in your account in Position Green. Go to your icon in the top right-hand corner. Click Company Setup and then go to Users. In this view is a list of all users in Position Green. Follow this guide to add users.
Description of user roles for supplier assessment
| User Role | Functionality | Role Group | Application |
| Controller | This user works with the screening and sending out of surveys. This user manages the data the suppliers submit, and adds new suppliers to the list. | User + Controller | Controlling |
Controller with Setup abilities | This user works with screening and is also able to add new colleagues as users. This user can make changes / create new survey templates. | User + Controller | Controlling + Set-up |
Controller with Setup abilities and information barrier manager | This user manages not only users, suppliers, and templates but also information barriers within the organization. Adding a Tenant Administrator will affect who has access to the Analytics view. | User + Controller + Tenant Administrator | Controlling + Set-up |
| Supplier | Suppliers will only see the survey(s) they have been invited to take. Suppliers are most often set up on the Suppliers page. | External Reporter | Controlling |
