TABLE OF CONTENTS

Follow these steps to add collaborators and manage their input in a registration.

Step 1 – Open collaboration options

Within the registration, scroll down to the section with the following options:

  • Comments
  • Attachments
  • Collaborations

Step 2 - Initiate collaboration

Click 'Initiate new collaboration'.

Step 3 - Add a collaborator

Choose whether to add an existing reporter or a new:

  • Existing reporter – Select a colleague from the list.
  • New reporter – Enter the colleague’s first name, last name, and email address.
    • The new collaborator will receive an email with a link to Position Green and to this specific registration.

You can also initiate collaboration for all registrations within the active year linked to the same measure point. For example, adding Sofie Folkesson as a collaborator on 'Electricity consumption' gives her access to all registrations for that measure.

Step 4 - Collaborator submits data

When the collaborator has entered the required data, they must click Notify Responsible.

  • You will receive an email when they notify you.
  • If the collaborator needs to add more data after notifying you, they can re-open the registration by clicking the ▼ icon next to "Responsible notified" and click "Edit".

Additional options:

  • Send reminders - Click the mail icon next to the collaborator’s name for each registration.
  • Track completion - A green check mark indicates that the collaborator has completed their input.

Step 5 – Confirm the measure

Once all collaborators have submitted their data, confirm the measure as usual. After confirmation, collaborators will no longer be able to edit the registration.
