The Users view shows all users in the Position Green account. Click the user icon in the top right-hand corner. Click Company Setup and then go to Users. This view lists all users in Position Green. Follow this guide to add users.

Description of user roles for Supplier Management
| User role | Functionality | Role group | Application |
| Controller | This user screens suppliers and sends out surveys, manages the data that suppliers submit, and adds new suppliers to the list. | User + Controller | Controlling |
Controller with Setup abilities | This user works with screening, can add new colleagues as users, and can create and edit survey templates. | User + Controller | Controlling + Setup |
Controller with Setup abilities and information barrier manager | This user manages users, suppliers and templates, as well as information barriers within the organization. Adding a Tenant Administrator will affect who has access to the Analytics view. | User + Controller + Tenant Administrator | Controlling + Setup |
| Supplier | Suppliers only see the surveys they have been invited to answer. Suppliers are most often set up on the Suppliers page. | External Reporter | Controlling |
