TABLE OF CONTENTS

The GRI Reporting Hub acts as your central hub for tracking compliance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. This dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your environmental data, social diversity metrics, and the overall completeness of your reporting tasks.

Use this page to monitor your progress toward the 2025 reporting goals, visualize key ESG metrics at a glance, and identify outstanding disclosures.

1. Dashboard Controls

Located at the top right of the page, the Year Selector (currently set to Year: 2025) allows you to toggle between reporting periods. Changing the year will instantly update all charts and progress bars to reflect historical data or current targets.

2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Total Emissions (GHG)

This widget visualizes your organization's carbon footprint in metric tons of CO2 equivalent (t CO2e).

  • The Chart: A donut chart breaks down emissions into Scope 1 (Direct), Scope 2 (Energy Indirect), and Scope 3 (Value Chain).
  • Interactivity: Hover over any segment of the chart to see specific figures. Example: As seen in the screenshot above, hovering over the green segment reveals Scope 2 is 362 t CO2e (18%).
  • Total: The aggregate total (e.g., 2.1K t CO2e) is displayed in the top right of the widget.

Gender Diversity

This section breaks down workforce demographics across four organizational levels: Board, Top Management, Middle Management, and Employees.

  • The bar charts display the percentage split between Male, Female, and Non-binary staff.
  • Use this to quickly assess diversity balance and compliance with governance standards (Disclosure 405-1).

Waste Generated

This widget tracks your waste management performance (Disclosure 306-3).

  • Composition: The outer ring displays the split between Non-hazardous and Hazardous waste.
  • Destination: The inner ring indicates the percentage of waste Diverted to recycling/reuse versus waste that was Not diverted.

3. Tracking Your Reporting Progress

Reporting Status

The Reporting status bar at the top right gives you a high-level view of your project completion.

  • Confirmed (Dark Green): Data has been entered and validated.
  • Started (Light Green): Data entry is in progress but not finalized.
  • Overdue/Not Started: Highlights areas requiring immediate attention.

Status by Measure

This list provides a granular view of specific GRI Disclosures (e.g., Disclosure 305-1 Direct GHG emissions).

  • Each standard is listed with a corresponding progress bar.
  • This allows you to pinpoint exactly which specific disclosure is holding up your overall reporting completion.

4. GRI Resource Center

Located in the bottom right, the GRI Resource Center provides quick access to external resources related to GRI Reporting. Click Explore to access articles, research, and educational videos designed to support your organization’s sustainability reporting journey.
