How to Update the Reporting Frequency

Important Note

The reporting frequency in the Reporting View is not automatically linked to what is set in the Setup View. If the frequency is changed in the setup, it will not update automatically in existing registrations.  You must manually remove old registrations that use the previous frequency and then generate new ones.



Step-by-Step Guide to Update Reporting Frequency


  1. Remove Old Registrations
    1. To delete previous entries tied to the old reporting frequency:
    2. Go to Manage Data Entries.
    3. Remove all registrations that use the previous reporting interval.

  2. Access Company Setup
    1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
    2. Select Company Setup.
  3. Locate the Measure
    1. Open the Measures tab.
    2. Search for the specific measure.
    3. Click the pencil icon to edit it.


  4. Change the Reporting Interval
    1. In the measure settings, adjust the field Register data every ... to the new reporting frequency.

  5. Save and Close
  6. Generate New Registrations
    1. To create entries using the new interval navigate to Company SetupAdvancedGenerate Registrations.

    2. In Measure Filter type or select the specific registrations to update to the new updated frequency.
    3. Click Preview
    4. Add a reason for generating new registrations

    5. Click Generate


Summary


Updating the reporting frequency requires:


1. Removing old registrations.

2. Updating the interval in the measure setup.

3. Regenerating registrations under the new frequency.
