Optional settings

A list is created using text values. In the optional settings, more detail can be added.

The list options are:

Type - indicates the list type and the type of data the list will hold:
- Text - ordinary text values.
- Page - HTML value for display in Position Green (accessible via menu items).
- Number - number values.
- Structured data - will hold JSON structured data (the most common for advanced calculation).
PrettyID.
Parent ID & Parent prettyID - advanced options for nesting lists.
Roles - indicate who can access the list when reporting (keep this blank to allow all users to see the list).
Source - text field to indicate the source of the list e.g. unique ID or URL.
