Can I reopen a survey after the deadline has passed?

Yes, you can reopen a survey within 30 days after the deadline has passed:

1. Go to Surveys in the left side menu
2. Select the relevant survey you want to reopen
3. Click on the Edit survey button and Reopen survey
   
   
   
4. You will have to set a new last date for response and click Reopen survey to confirm the changes
   
   
   

If it’s more than 30 days after the deadline has passed you need to contact our support team to reopen the survey.
