How do I create my user account in Factlines?

To create a user account in Factlines, follow these steps:

1. Receive an invitation. You need an invitation to create an account. This can come in two ways: a survey invitation from a customer or a user invitation from a colleague. The invitation will be sent to your email.
2. Open the invitation email and click the link in the email to start creating your user account.
3. Choose your login method. You can create your account using your email address, your Microsoft account or your Google account. If you use your email, you will receive a verification code. Enter the code within 3 minutes to proceed.
4. If you received a survey invitation and your company already exists in Factlines, you need to request access. Your request will be sent to the admin user of your company. Once approved, you will be able to log in.
5. If your company does not exist in Factlines already, you can create your company in the platform. You will automatically become the admin user of the company.

Once your account is set up, you can log in and start using Factlines.
