What is the Transparency Act?

The Transparency Act entered into force on 1 July 2022. The Act aims to promote fundamental human rights and decent working conditions for those involved in the production of goods and delivery of services. It also ensures that enterprises can provide information to the public regarding how they address adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
