How do I answer a survey?

To answer a survey, open the survey invitation email you received from your customer. The survey invitation is sent from the no-reply@appmail.factlines.com address
Click on the Answer the survey button in that email
Accept the survey invitation or Forward it to a colleague if you want someone else to answer it
If your company isn't registered in Factlines yet, click on the + Register new company in Factlines button
If your company is registered in Factlines, but you don't have access to the company's profile, click on the Request access button. The request will go to your colleagues with admin rights on your company profile.
After they approve your access request, you can log in and answer the survey.
