The Home screen gives you a quick overview of your setup. Home is available for controllers and is a great starting point for a status update.
New Home Experience (Pilot)
Our new 'Home' experience is currently being rolled out to selected pilot customers.
If you are using the previous 'Home' experience, some functionality may look different.
What is the new Actionable Home experience?
The new Home experience is a new entry point to the Position Green platform designed to help users:
- understand what needs attention,
- prioritize work,
- access relevant workflows faster.
Over time, the Home experience will evolve toward a more actionable and intelligence-driven platform experience, connecting data, execution, and business impact in one place.
What’s included in the current pilot?
Activity cards
Activity cards help users quickly identify relevant work and navigate directly into important workflows in the platform.
Cards may highlight:
- actions that need attention,
- a “Pick up where you left” card that takes users back to the place where they last worked in the platform, including the same filters and context,
- recommended workflows,
- shortcuts to key modules.
Notifications
The notification widget helps users stay on top of:
- comments,
- review requests.

PG Brief
PG Brief surfaces curated sustainability insights and expert content directly in the platform.
Business impact widgets
Some pilot customers may also see early business impact widgets that help connect sustainability work to operational and strategic outcomes.
Pilot information
The new Home experience is currently being tested with a limited group of pilot customers and will continue evolving based on feedback.
Configuration
The current pilot experience is not configurable. Over time, users will be able to personalize and configure parts of the Home experience based on their workflows and priorities.
Legacy 'Home' screen
Current Status
This widget displays your current reporting status and is categorized by the following:
- Reporting Progress: This widget displays the registration distribution by status, organized by quarter.
- Reporting by Organizational Unit: Average confirmation time for each reporting unit.
- Timely (0-15 days post the end of the registration period).
- Fair (15-30 days post the end of the registration period).
- Overdue (+30 days from the end of the registration period).
- All-Time Metrics Reported (data points): This widget sums up all data points reported in the platform across all years.
Your Primary Target:
Forecasting of data and how that aligns with your targets (can be customized, added, or deleted).
Your Milestones are defined for your organization (can be customized, added, or deleted).
Your modules: The ESG modules you have access to.
Your Global Impact map (can be customized, added, or deleted).
