How do I request a new password?

When do I need to refresh my screen?
A browser refresh is needed when you alternate between active years in Data Reporting or Analytics.
- Chrome: cmd+shift+R in macOS or Ctrl+R in Windows
- Microsoft Edge: cmd+F5 macOS or Ctrl+F5 in Windows
When is a recalculation needed?
A recalculation is needed when data is changed in the Data Reporting (e.g., corrections to historical data, emission factor updates, or reuploads of import files).
Please reach out to PG if you need help with a recalculation.
Can I work in different years at the same time?
No. The software only supports working on a year at a time. If you have different years open in different tabs, that might lead to reported data not being saved.
Why can't I access PG?
These are the most common reasons you can't access PG:
- You did not log in via login.positiongreen.com
- You are logging in via an expired bookmark
- You are not added as a user
- Your browser needs to be troubleshot (see below)
How do I troubleshoot my browser?
- Log out of your account, then log back in
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try accessing the platform in an incognito/private browser window
- Make sure your browser is up to date (we recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for best results)
- If possible, try using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists
- Disable any browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools, which may interfere
