Overview
As a Requesting Company, you can assign registrations to users in another organization and follow progress throughout the reporting process.
The Group Reporting page provides an overview of your Contributing Companies and their reporting status. Reporting activity takes place in Data Reporting, where assigned registrations appear alongside your other registrations and can be followed throughout the reporting process.
Getting started
Group Reporting is a pilot feature. The initial setup of Group Reporting is currently managed by Position Green, although Requesting Companies can update Group Reporting configurations after setup.
Configure a contributing company
Group Reporting is configured at the organizational unit level.
To configure a Contributing Company:
- Navigate to Company Setup → Organization.
- Select the relevant organizational unit.
- Expand the Group Reporting section.
- Select:
- Contributing Company
- Reporting year
- Reporter
- Save the configuration.
Assign registrations
Once a Contributing Company has been configured, registrations can be assigned by linking the organizational unit to the relevant measures.
For detailed instructions, see: Link an organizational unit to a measure.
When registrations are generated, they become available to the selected Reporter in the Contributing Company.
Monitor contributing companies
Use the Group Reporting page to get an overview of your contributing companies and reporting activity.
From this page, you can see:
- Contributing Companies configured for the selected year
- The reporter for each Contributing Company
- Total assigned registrations
- Number of confirmed registrations
Follow reporting activity
Assigned registrations can be filtered and viewed in Data Reporting in the same way as other registrations.
As contributing companies complete their reporting, you can follow progress, view activity, and review reported information directly in Data Reporting.
Support contributing companies
Users with access to a registration can participate through comments, helping answer questions, provide guidance, and discuss reporting decisions directly within the relevant registration.
This helps keep reporting work and communication in one place throughout the reporting process.
