Responding to a survey

This article explains how to access, navigate, and complete a survey assigned to you in Position Green, including how to add collaborators and track progress.

Applies To

  • Survey respondents

Access Your Surveys


  1. Log in to Position Green.
  2. Open My Surveys.


The My Surveys page displays all surveys assigned to you. You will see:

  • Open surveys awaiting your response
  • Closed surveys you have already completed
  • Self-assessments and other questionnaires requiring input



The Surveys page displays all active surveys that require your input, including any self-assessments or other quesionnires. Here, you’ll see both open surveys awaiting responses and closed surveys you’ve already completed.

Click a survey to get to the Welcome page, which displays the following information:

  • Purpose: Understand the goal of the survey.
  • Deadlines: Review any submission deadlines.
  • Instructions: Find guidance on how to complete the survey.

Adding Collaborators


Important Notes:


  • You remain responsible for submitting the survey.
  • Collaborators can be added or removed at any time.
  • Anyone with a valid email address can be invited.
  • Access can be limited to specific sections.


To Add Collaborators


  1. Open the survey.
  2. Go to the Welcome page.
  3. Select the option to Invite collaborators.
  4. Enter the collaborator’s email address.
  5. Assign access to relevant sections.
  6. Confirm the invitation.


Start Filling Out the Survey



The survey interface contains:


  • A section navigation panel on the left
  • Questions within each section
  • Progress indicators showing unanswered questions
