Profile

Change name under Profile. To change email address, contact the administrator.

If the company has set up SSO, name or surname cannot be changed on this page. Contact the contact person at the company in that case.

Language

This is the language used for the text content in the platform. By default, it uses the language defined in Organization settings but can be overridden. If no language is set for the user or the org.unit, the default language is English.

Format

The language format determines how numbers, dates, and times are displayed and entered into the system.

• By default, Position Green uses the language format set for the org.unit (configured in Company Setup > Advanced > Edit Organization). If none is set for the org.unit, it falls back to the default language (English).
• Override the default and set a preferred personal language format on the Account page.

Note: Entered data is stored in a language-independent format. Even if users with different language settings view the same data, it displays according to local preferences. For example, data entered in Danish format appears to a colleague in the UK using English format without altering the underlying data.

Preview format

Organization format: Users belonging to several org.units can select an org.unit to view the current formatting used for that org.unit. If belonging to only one org.unit, the dropdown is not shown.

Preview format: View the resulting format language (e.g., “English (English)”) applied when that format is selected.
