Table of contents

In Tabulate, save report tables designed from the data collected in Position Green. This is helpful for frequently used tables. Tables can be shared with other users in the organization or kept private.

Basic functions

Add a table

To add a new table, click “Add table”.

“Add table” in the top-right corner

Type a name for the table (it can be changed later) and click “Add”. The table editor opens, where the table is created. Read more about how to create a data table here. The tables are saved automatically.

How to access and download saved tables

To open a saved table, click its name.

Click a table to open it

From here, export the table to a spreadsheet.

Advanced functions

Share and manage access to tables

By default, a new table is only visible to its creator. To share a table, click “Edit Permissions” and choose who to share it with.

“Edit Permissions” option

Under Grant access to, select the company name to share the table with the whole company, or select “Restricted” to choose specific recipients. These can be a type of user, such as “Controller”, or a specific user.

Restricted access

Select a role group or a specific user

Add either a whole user group or a specific user from the organization.

When adding a specific user there are three levels of access.

  • Reader - the default setting. The user can only read and download the table
  • Editor - the user can read, download and edit the structure of the table, and manage who has access to it.
  • Owner - the user labeled as owner and responsible for the table. A table can only have one owner.
